2026/2027 Back-to-School Season: The ONE Community is expanding to new territories!

Whether they are taking their first steps in digital education or expanding existing projects, welcome to all our new users! For the new school year, several cities are choosing Édifice digital workspaces to facilitate communication and develop digital educational practices in their schools.

Saint-Cloud and Levallois choose ONE

Welcome to the cities of Saint-Cloud and Levallois, in the Paris area, which are deploying ONE across all their schools starting this term. In Levallois, 17 schools and nearly 4000 students are discovering their new digital workspace. In Saint-Cloud, the project involves 10 schools and over 2100 students. Until now, neither of these local authorities had a digital workspace for their schools. This marks the beginning of a new digital adventure for their entire educational communities.

To offer the most comprehensive service possible, both municipalities have opted for the Ultima subscription. This strategic choice will notably allow them to organize the election of parent representatives online this fall. It is an excellent opportunity to encourage families to activate their accounts en masse right from the first few days of class.

The cities, local digital education advisors, and pedagogical advisors are hard at work ensuring everything is ready for the new school year. They have been able to count on Édifice’s support through training sessions offered to school principals in Saint-Cloud, as well as collaborative meetings with the teams in Levallois.

In the Essonne department: Brunoy and Savigny-sur-Orge join the project

The Essonne departmental project continues to grow. Brunoy (13 schools, 2100 students) and Savigny-sur-Orge (18 schools, 4000 students) are now joining the departmental platform “Mon école” (My School), bringing the project to 35 partner municipalities out of the 194 in Essonne.

Beyond daily use, this integration guarantees ideal educational continuity for children: having grown accustomed to the “Mon école” interface in primary school, students and their families will not lose their digital bearings when moving up to middle school, as they will seamlessly transition to the “Mon Collège” digital workspace.

Schools in the Pays Rethélois experience their first Back-to-School with ONE

A warm welcome also goes out to the 18 schools, representing nearly 2450 students, in the Pays Rethélois community of municipalities! Teams have been preparing since June through training sessions and webinars offered by Édifice. As a result, teachers have all the necessary tools at their disposal from the very first days of class.

Heading overseas: from Wallis and Futuna to French Polynesia

Following the successful onboarding of middle and high school students in Wallis and Futuna onto the Amanaki platform in 2024, the project is logically expanding to primary education: 2000 elementary school students will now be able to enjoy a version of the digital workspace tailored specifically for primary schools.

Further east, we head to French Polynesia! The Nati project, which has been highly successful with over 5.5 million logins recorded since its launch in 2023, is adapting even more closely to local geographic realities. From now on, the 24 preschools, 170 elementary schools, 26 middle schools, and 10 high schools will benefit from a fully customized, dedicated platform capable of accommodating the different time zones across these island territories.
