Mobile Update: Seamless Account Switching

Just like the web version, your ONE Pocket and NEO Pocket mobile apps are frequently enhanced based on user feedback and needs. Two handy new features are rolling out soon, including one that teachers who are also parents have been eagerly awaiting.

Easily Toggle Between Accounts

For teachers who also have a parent account on ONE or NEO, a handy new feature is rolling out that lets you switch between them with just one click. No more logging out of one account before accessing the other. Just head to the My Account tab in your teacher or staff profile, add your parent account, and you’ll be able to seamlessly toggle between the two roles.

Optimized Image Uploads

To help prevent your Filespace from getting overloaded and keep upload speeds snappy, all images will now be automatically converted to compressed JPG files. But don’t worry, the compression is optimized for an improved photo viewing experience. This update makes it easier than ever to create rich, image-heavy content!
