As we kick off a new school year, the excitement isn’t just for students. At Édifice, we’re fully prepared to offer the best support to both new and returning teachers and users, helping everyone get the most out of the latest updates on our platforms.

Our Team is Here to Support You

The “Rentrée Zen” enhanced support program is back and will be available until the Halloween holiday. Our support team has extended hours from 8:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. to assist with account setup, new user creation, and initial platform usage. The User Success team, working from the Back to School Room, is fully prepared to handle all user requests. Everyone at Édifice is pitching in to help the support team ensure smooth onboarding or resumption on ONE and NEO. We’re also here to guide you through both online and in-person training sessions.

Welcome to Everyone Joining Our Collaborative Networks

The ONE & NEO community continues to grow! More and more cities are connecting to Édifice’s collaborative networks, both in France and abroad. Following Spain’s lead last year, Colombia is the latest Spanish-speaking country to join the journey. ONE is now available in three schools in Medellín, reaching 3,000 students, with plans to expand next year. Further north, in Mexico, eight new schools—from kindergarten through high school—are now using ONE or NEO. In France, Corsica has chosen Édifice to equip its middle and high schools with digital workspaces.

A warm welcome as well to the communities of Vosges, Puteaux, and Wallis and Futuna. Lastly, a big thank you to all the regions renewing their trust in Édifice’s digital solutions, including Saint-Etienne Métropole, Moselle, and New Caledonia.

New Features for the Start of the School Year

Exciting updates are rolling out across Édifice’s digital workspaces this school year. Enjoyed a blog post? You can now show your appreciation by using the new reaction feature on the Blog. Admins can also track how many people have viewed their content. If you’re still unsure about creating multimedia materials with ONE or NEO, the new web and mobile text editor will make it easier than ever to get started! Another major update: primary schools (with a Premium subscription) now have access to the completely revamped and optimized Collaborative Wall app. Lastly, a new help button has been added to answer all your questions about Édifice’s collaborative networks.
