Track Your Blog Post Popularity with Views and Reactions

You asked, and we listened! Now, the Blog Manager can see exactly how many people have viewed your content and how many times it’s been viewed, including multiple views by the same user.

What’s more, your readers can now choose from four positive reactions: “thank you,” “awesome,” “well done,” and “informative.” These features, similar to those on popular social networks, complement the existing option to comment on a post. They make it easier to connect with your audience, whether online or through the ONE Pocket and NEO Pocket mobile apps.

Unleash Your Creativity with the New Mobile Text Editor

The Blog is the first application to introduce the new text editor. After launching on ENT last spring, a compatible version is now available on ONE Pocket and NEO Pocket. No need to wait until you’re at your desktop computer to create or edit a blog post that was started on ONE or NEO. The mobile editor lets you easily format your posts (bold, italic, underline, bullet points, subscript, and superscript) and insert images as you write, rather than only at the end. All your beautifully formatted content created on the web is also seamlessly displayed in the ONE Pocket and NEO Pocket apps.

A small but significant feature on ONE Pocket and NEO Pocket: All images are automatically converted to JPG and compressed. This means you can create content with more photos without overloading your storage space and while speeding up loading times.

Collaborative Wall 2.0: Work Together Seamlessly

Primary schools with a Premium subscription now have access to the Collaborative Wall app—a digital note board where you can collaborate in real-time with your students. Whether you’re brainstorming, sharing resources, or collecting various types of information, dive into the Collaborative Wall and discover its many uses. Secondary schools and high schools aren’t left behind; the app, which was already available on NEO, has been completely revamped. Need Help? The Help Button is Here for You!

Say goodbye to the red question mark in the top menu. The new contextual help button, now located at the bottom right of your screen, is easy to spot with its yellow color. No more endless searching—now all your answers are just a click away! This button lets you read articles about the app you’re using, search for information, and contact support. Plus, help is now available from the console as well, which platform administrators will appreciate.

You may have also noticed that the home page of some applications has been improved. This new interface is being gradually rolled out. For now, you can see it in the Blog, Collaborative Wall, Multimedia Notebook, and Mind Map. More updates are on the way…
