Improvement of document storage
🪴[UPDATES]
The way documents are stored, antivirus scanning, and avatar management on our servers is changing! This major technical upgrade has required several months of work, even though it remains almost imperceptible to users.
This important project results in several practical improvements for users of our VLE platforms. Its main goal is to prevent disk space shortages for document storage, improve antivirus scan performance, and speed up avatar display times through new components designed to better manage avatar caching.
Additionally, it will enhance the stability of the modules, facilitate future development of new features, and improve the horizontal scalability of application services.
🚀[FEATURE UPDATES]
- Agenda:
- The multimedia text editor is now available for event descriptions;
- Reminder activation will soon be possible.
- Magnéto:
- It is now possible to make a board public;
- The “Magnéto Public” feature has a new application permission;
- Boards can now be exported as slideshows.
🐜[BUG FIXES]
- Magnéto: Several fixes have been applied to notifications and board exports.
