Account Information: As you may know, Open Digital Education was renamed to Édifice a few months back. Consequently, we’ve needed to refresh a number of user documents, including our Personal Data Protection Policy, Terms and Conditions, and our User Guidelines. This revision was also an opportunity to update various sections, notably incorporating references needed to roll out Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) across our platforms.

Magnéto

• You can now open documents from office suites within OnlyOffice directly through Magnéto.
• Easily preview documents, including images, texts, and spreadsheets.
• Choose to show or hide specific sections from other viewers on the board.
• The magnet name will automatically update to match the name of any document you drag and drop into it.

VLE Help

• Fix applied to the request filters.
• Creating a ticket no longer creates a second blank page in the ticket list.
• Attachments from the Filespace that are unavailable no longer prevent the creation of tickets.

Connector : We’ve developed a new connector that can instantly create accounts for Eduprovence.

These updates and bug fixes are in the testing phase right now, but we plan to roll them out to your platform within the next few weeks. Please note that your access to these applications will depend on the type of subscription you have.
