🚀[FUNCTIONAL IMPROVEMENTS]

Admin Console

• After updating the distribution lists, the Administrators (ADMLs) were unable to view the automated manual groups. We’ve implemented a change to address this: distribution lists can now be viewed again, and an Administrator has the capability to alter the group’s communication guidelines.
• If a manual import results in users being imported twice, the error message has been improved for clarity. It will now show the line number, along with the first and last names of the duplicated entry.
• Improvement of the API security.

Primary Homepage : We’ve updated our welcome message to be more friendly and personal. User names in the navigation bar now display first names rather than last names.

Filespace : The Libre Office Online feature stands out more prominently. And like other applications, the buttons to create new documents have been moved to the top right corner for easier access.

Statistics : the ability to download statistical reports has now been reactivated across all platforms.

Update to the Login Page of Bouches-du-Rhône’s VLE.

Since last June, we’ve rebranded with the new ONE and NEO logos, reflecting our company’s name change and fresh graphic profile.
