February 27, 2024 – Enhancements to VLE Support.

🚀[FUNCTIONAL IMPROVEMENTS]

VLE Help: Merging the two versions that have coexisted since the start of the school year, incorporating enhancements requested by the Moselle department. In order to improve administrators’ experience in supporting platform usage and streamline the tracking of various support requests during follow-up meetings, the Moselle department has sponsored the following improvements:

• Automatic updating of ticket status upon opening,
• Automatic updating of ticket status upon opening,
• Capability to export tickets from the main structure and its sub-structures,
• Ability to filter tickets at the issuing structure level (for multi-ADML),
• The “category” field is now mandatory for completion,
• Introduction of a standard attachment modal.

Authentication: Inclusion of IP addresses in connection logs.

Note: Rolling out new features gradually across platforms. Application availability depends on subscription type.
