Take attendance right from your phone!

The Attendance app has now been added to your mobile app. With just a few clicks, teachers can easily take attendance. Whenever a student is absent, parents or the school director are notified. Parents can report or send in an excuse for their student’s absence. They can even view their child’s absence and tardiness statistics.

Share assignments through the Homework Notebook

The Mobile App continues to expand teacher capabilities. Following the addition of blog posting, the Homework Notebook now allows teachers to create assignments directly in the app. Teachers can add new homework entries the same way they publish blog posts—by clicking the + icon at the top right within the Homework Notebook section or News Feed.

New user profile design

The user profile page has been completely redesigned with a more modern look. It now prominently displays the user’s mood, motto, personal details, and associated institutions. This refreshed profile view paves the way for the upcoming Directory feature in the Mobile App.

A few notes about the new update: Clicking on a mood update shows that user’s contact card. Within a student’s profile, you can message the student directly or choose to copy in their parents.
