ONE and NEO are evolving to provide you with an even more intuitive and mobile experience. From a completely redesigned “My Apps” page to revamped Mailbox and direct access to Courses and Wiki from your smartphone — discover all the changes that will make your daily life easier.

A Clearer “My Apps” Page

The “My Apps” page in your Édifice VLE has been revamped! With reorganized navigation, find your tools at a glance thanks to:

• A category filter
  
• A “Favorites” tab
  
• A pane to discover new features (indicated by a red dot on the bell icon)
  
• Highlighted access to the Library

A Smarter Mailbox

The Mailbox, redesigned with user feedback, offers a modern design and smoother navigation on web, as well as a mobile-friendly experience in the ONE Pocket and NEO Pocket apps.

What’s new:

• Simplified search: find a parent by their child’s name
  
• Message recall for teachers and staff: forgotten an attachment? Undo sending a message in a single click
  
• Quick actions: mark as unread, move messages, manually save drafts, set signatures — all streamlined
  
• New tools: enhanced printing (incl. date/time) and a search bar that shows shared favorites
  

New rich text editor: voice dictation, image editing, emojis…

Courses and Wiki on ONE Pocket and NEO Pocket

Your courses in their pocket! All pedagogical resources shared via Courses and Wiki are now accessible directly from your smartphone through the ONE Pocket and NEO Pocket mobile apps. Content is available for viewing, with editing functions coming soon. The interface is optimized for comfortable reading even on small screens, ensuring intuitive and smooth navigation through pages and subpages.

Communities for Middle and High School – Coming Soon

For middle and high schools, the Communities app is on the way. It will allow sharing of educational resources by class, teaching group, or theme. This is a significant shift in how NEO is used, designed to simplify and enhance the overall experience — stay tuned, it’s coming soon!
