A new help button has been added to Edifice’s digital platforms, making your work much easier. With this tool, you can effortlessly become an expert on ONE & NEO. Follow our guide to find out more!
Have a question or want to know more about an application? The help button has you covered! It provides contextual help, offering information specific to the application you’re currently using. Located as a yellow button at the bottom right of your screen, it’s impossible to miss. This is great because it’s a treasure trove of information designed to enhance your use of Edifice’s collaborative networks. Discover new ways to save time, create, and collaborate.
Explore Online Help on ONE & NEO While Navigating
When you click the button, the help panel opens and allows you to:
1. View three articles related to the application or page you’re on.
2. Search the online help.
3. Can’t find the answer to your question or facing an issue? Access the Assistance app directly (for users who have the app) and submit your request.
Placed in the corner of the screen, it allows you to keep navigating the digital workspace while accessing helpful information. You can also choose to open an article in a new tab.
Good news for administrators using Edifice’s digital workspaces: contextual help is now available from the admin console as well.

The button is optimized for viewing ONE or NEO on your smartphone. It minimizes as you scroll, so it doesn’t get in the way of your reading.
